Pramod Bhagat was born on 4 June 1988 in Hajipur, Bihar. He has 5 brothers and sisters. At the age of 5, he developed a defect on his left leg. When he was 13 years old, the first time he watched badminton and he was fascinated about that. After that, his deficiency could not able to stop him to follow his passion.

One day, this Odia Pua became iconic and a motivational personality for the world. His achievements are listing every year 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020. He started grabbing all the medals in his badminton career. The story is never-ending here.

Today he has settled at Bhubaneswar with his family. Our Odisha's Former Chief Minister Mr. Naveen Pattanik felicitated him for his dedication to sports along with that Class-I Odisha government job.
